Cancellations

Please tell us at least a day ahead if you cannot come, so someone else can have the time. A missed visit may carry a charge, and you see our policy in writing before your first visit.

Clean needles and safety

We use sterile, single-use needles, open them in front of you and put them in a sharps container after one use. Your acupuncturist explains the risks before the first needle and answers every question. Needles can cause light bleeding, bruising or soreness and, rarely, more serious problems that your acupuncturist describes.

Herbs

A formula is written for one person. We do not refill it without a visit, and we cannot take back an opened or prepared herb. If a formula does not agree with you, stop it and call us the same day.

Language

Visits, formulas and forms are available in Mandarin, Cantonese and English. Tell us what you prefer and we will plan the visit around it.

Access

Tell us what you need: a ground-floor room, a lower table, a visit without scents, or extra time. We plan the visit with you before you arrive.

We keep your records private and share them only as the law allows. Read the privacy page for what this site collects.
